This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the 5ive collects when you use the5ive.org and our facility, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with applicable data protection law in Trinidad and Tobago.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
When you make a booking, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Area
- Age
- Booking history (the slots you have booked, dates, and amounts paid)
We do not collect any other personal information through the Site.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Powertranz, our third-party payment provider. Your card details are entered into and processed directly by Powertranz. We do not receive, see or store your full card number, and we have no ability to retrieve card data from the payment system. Powertranz handles that information under its own privacy and security terms.
4. How we use your information
We use the information in section 2 to:
- confirm and manage your booking;
- send you booking confirmations and any necessary updates about your slot (for example, if we have to cancel);
- keep records of bookings and payments;
- respond to your questions or complaints; and
- send you occasional promotions and updates about the 5ive, including leagues, tournaments, merchandise, events and special offers, by email and by SMS or WhatsApp, where you have not opted out.
We use your email and phone number for booking-related (transactional) communication at all times, and for the promotional communication described above. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by contacting us using the details in section 1. Opting out will not affect the booking-related messages you need to receive.
5. CCTV
We operate CCTV at the facility for security purposes only. Footage may capture your image while you are on the premises. It is used only to protect the safety and security of people and property, is not used for any other purpose, and is retained for no longer than 30 days unless it is needed for an ongoing security or legal matter.
6. Match recordings
We do not record matches by default. We only record where a customer specifically asks us to. Where a recording is made at your request, it is shared with you and not used for any other purpose without your agreement.
7. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the booking system and facility, and only as far as needed:
- Powertranz — to process your payment.
- Google — our booking records are managed using Google Sheets, so your booking information is stored within Google’s services.
- Our website host and email provider — to operate the Site and send your confirmation emails.
These providers act on our behalf and are expected to keep your information secure. We may also disclose information where required by law.
8. Cookies
The Site uses only the essential and functional cookies needed to operate the booking process and complete checkout, including those set by our payment provider.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep your booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our record-keeping, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
10. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date; or
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
To make a request, contact us using the details in section 1. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to limit access to it. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on the Site, and material changes will be posted there.
